Recently, Professor Lye from Singapore visited the Third Institute of Oceanography of the Ministry of Natural Resources, where he held discussions and conducted field research on projects with Director Shao, Dr. Wang, and Ms. Hong Yafang, the chairman of Quanzhou Zhengnuo Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhengnuo Environmental Protection”). They focused on deepening strategic cooperation and ensuring efficient implementation of cooperative projects, reached consensus on key issues, and further consolidated collaborative development efforts.

Ms. Hong Yafang, Chairman of Zhengnuo Environmental Protection, warmly welcomed Professor Lye’s visit and systematically introduced the company’s development history, core qualifications and strengths, as well as its strategic layout at home and abroad. She stated that the company will fully leverage the successful experience of implementing crude oil regeneration equipment in Singapore, continue to strengthen core advantages such as technological innovation, refined project management, and deepening regional market penetration, and, with a sense of corporate responsibility, spare no effort to ensure high-standard construction and high-quality delivery of the Singapore project.
Professor Lye spoke highly of Zhengnuo Environmental Protection in terms of its technical accumulation, project fulfillment capability, and comprehensive strength. The professor stated that Zhengnuo Environmental Protection’s mature experience and management model in the field of environmental protection equipment are highly compatible with the cooperation needs of both parties, injecting strong confidence into the efficient advancement of subsequent projects.

At the exchange symposium, both parties engaged in pragmatic discussions on key process treatments and full-cycle quality assurance, focusing on core topics such as petroleum-degrading microbial inoculants, oily sludge, and wastewater treatment. They reached multiple consensuses. Professor Lye stated that the high-tech mentioned by Director Shao of the Third Institute of Oceanography, Ministry of Natural Resources, is in line with Singapore’s project needs. It is necessary to establish a regular communication mechanism to ensure efficient collaboration and further clarify the willingness to cooperate.


After the meeting, Professor Lye and Ms. Hong Yafang, Chairman of Zhengnuo Environmental Protection, conducted a field inspection of the national-level scientific research project overseen by the Third Institute of Oceanography of the Ministry of Natural Resources – the Deep-Sea Microbial Resource Bank and Coral Conservation Museum. They recognized the quality standards and the effectiveness of safety control in the project construction. The values and development directions of the three parties are highly aligned, laying a solid foundation of mutual trust for further expanding cooperation in the fields of ecological protection and green technology in the future.
