working principle:
Waste gas entering: Gas containing pollutants enters from the bottom of the tower and passes upward through the packing layer.
Spray absorption: The absorption liquid is sprayed down from the top, forming a liquid film on the surface of the packing and coming into contact with the gas in reverse flow.
Mass transfer reaction: Pollutants (such as SO ₂, HCl, NH3) are absorbed by liquids or undergo chemical reactions (such as acid-base neutralization).
Purified emissions: The purified gas is dehydrated by a demister and discharged from the top of the tower; Waste liquid flows into the circulation pool for treatment or discharge.
