The system includes an oil-solvent mixing separation unit, a solvent recovery system, and a base oil refining system. It is designed to extract or separate non-ideal components such as asphaltenes, sulfur, nitrogen, oxygen compounds, and colloids from base oil.
During processing, the base oil is mixed with a solvent to facilitate the removal of impurities. The used solvent is then purified and can be reused multiple times, significantly reducing solvent consumption. The remaining 1% of solvent in the base oil is separated under negative pressure through transfer and centrifugal operations, ensuring high recovery efficiency and minimizing loss.
